REPAIR POLICY:
Every Venom Steele piece is built by hand from industrial-grade materials and designed for long-term use. When a component fails, we repair what can be repaired.
Defects identified within 7 days of delivery are covered under our Return Policy. This Repair Policy covers defects identified after that window, and any paid repair work.
DEFECT REPAIRS:
Defects in material or craftsmanship identified within 12 months of purchase will be repaired or replaced at no charge.
This does not include wear, stretching, patina, or surface marks that occur through normal use.
PAID REPAIRS:
For damage, misuse, or age-related wear, Venom Steele offers paid repairs on a case-by-case basis.
Each repair is individually evaluated for feasibility and cost before any work is performed.
COMMON REPAIRS INCLUDE:
Strap or hardware replacement
TRIM REPLACEMENT AND REPAIR
Seam or joint reinforcement
Surface refinishing when possible
All work is performed in-house to maintain consistency and authenticity.
HOW TO REQUEST A REPAIR:
Email CONTACT@venomsteele.com with your order number, clear photos, and a short description of the issue.
We will determine whether it qualifies as a defect or paid repair.
You will receive an estimate and shipping instructions.
Once approved, repairs are completed and returned upon inspection.
POLICY NOTES:
Repairs are available only to the original owneR.
Third-party alterations or modifications void eligibility.
Natural latex and rubber will age over time. Degradation from oils, sunlight, or environmental exposure is not a defect.
Minor variations in tone or finish may occur after repair due to the handmade nature of each piece.
STATEMENT:
Venom Steele pieces are not disposable goods.
They are built to be maintained. Repaired when possible. Replaced only when necessary.
Durability is part of the design.
