Production Time
Production time is currently 6–8 weeks. (Last updated 06/29/26.)
If you require expedited production, we can often accommodate depending on the design and your timeline. A 30% rush production fee applies to expedited orders, paid via separate invoice. Once the rush fee is paid, production begins immediately and the order can no longer be cancelled. Please contact us to confirm availability before ordering.
Shipping Costs & Taxes
Domestic orders within the United States ship via USPS Priority or UPS Ground.
International orders ship via DHL Express or USPS International.
International customers are fully responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and taxes. These charges are non-refundable once your order has shipped.
Delivery Times
Domestic Priority Shipping: Typically 1–3 business days.
International Express: Generally 3–6 business days between major metro areas.
International Standard: Typically 5–9 business days; allow up to 20 days for remote destinations.
Tracking Your Order
All shipments include tracking. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been fulfilled.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. This does not apply to rush orders. once a rush fee is paid, the order is in production and cannot be cancelled.
To cancel an order, contact us directly as soon as possible.
Damage in transit
If your item arrives damaged, photograph the item and packaging before disposing of either, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. This is handled separately from manufacturing defects.
