Returns and Defects

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Each Venom Steele piece is made to order. Due to the intimate nature of our products, returns are not accepted except in cases of verified manufacturing defects.

If you believe your item is faulty, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery. We may request clear photographs to confirm the issue. If the defect is confirmed, Venom Steele will cover return shipping costs.

If materials or workmanship are determined to be defective, we will repair the item at no charge. If repair is not possible, we will replace or refund the item. Unless a defect in manufacture or materials makes the product unrepairable, we do not offer exchanges, refunds, or credit.
